Lead You Family Like Jesus is a practical book that teaches some very common sense knowledge that most parents overlook in the day-to-day challenges and struggles.  Parenting is a life-long journey, and it’s never too early or too late to improve or change your parenting skills.  Most importantly, it’s never too early or too late to change and improve your relationship with your Heavenly Father – the model for your earthly parenting! 

Ken Blanchard, Phil Hodges and Tricia Goyer each bring unique insight to parenting.  Each chapter gives the individual authors a chance to speak to the issues that God has developed in their own parenting relationships.   The result is a very thorough, scripturally sound and practical guidance on parenting children of all ages.  There are Pause and Reflect passages that allow the reader to digest what has been taught in each section, and there are also passages at the end of each section in the book that briefly touches on the main points of that section.  These tools make it easy to identify passages that you want to re-visit.

In truth, this is a book you want to keep handy and re-read.  As  your children grow and change, and your relationship with them grows and changes, the principles in the book will have greater and different meaning.  This is an excellent parenting tool, and parents of ALL AGES would benefit from its contents!  I am happy to recommend this book to EVERYONE!
