MY THOUGHTS:
This DVD caught me off-guard. When I read the description of "high-energy" workouts and the title "Power Praise Moves" I was prepared for something different than what I received. This is basically yoga...and the instructor speaks in this soothing, slow tone that is anything but high-energy. I've never participated in Yoga, but the names of the "positions" come across as sort of corny. And when the lady told me to "raise my tent flaps" (raising your arms in a certain way - we are the "temple" of God - hence the tent flaps) I just laughed and turned it off.

This isn't what I thought it would be, but that doesn't mean it's not an effective work-out. It' s just not for me. The slow, soothing tone makes me want to take a nap, not work out. And I have enough stuff flapping on me already without naming my body parts tent flaps. I gave it a try...but this did not appeal. Sorry.
