50 Ways To Feel Great Today by David B. Biebel, DMin, James E. Dill, MD and Bobbie Dill, RN - REVIEWED

50 Ways to Feet Great Today is a book that every single person should have a copy of!! Finally!! Someone has written a simple, straightforward, well-documented book filled with ideas and suggestions to renew your mind, your body and your spirit – just like God intended!! Begin with Doing Something Spontaneous! How about Make Someone Laugh? Or enjoy time outdoors feeding and watching the birds. Or, my favorite, unplug the tv, internet, cell phone, computer and all other gadgetry and Read a Good Book!!

Truly, this book is a gem of a resource, and while it seems so simple that anyone could think of it, apparently no one has until now because people I know are more stressed out, depressed, hopeless and frustrated than ever before! Overall general health is suffering because we don’t take proper care of our minds, spirits and bodies, and as Christians, each of these operate as the temple of the Holy Spirit. Don’t you want to take the best care you can of God’s temple? Don’t you want to be a bright and shining light for Christ by being the best you you can be?

If winter doldrums have you down; if life has dealt you some harsh circumstances and your heart and mind are tattered and torn, please pick up a copy of 50 Ways to Feel Great Today! Keep it handy and refer to it often! You’ll be feeling better in no time!
