How come no one ever told me that reading a book called A Lady Like Sarah was going to be so much fun? Well, head on to the round up folks! It’s time for a sure enough good time when outlaw Sarah Prescott and Preacher Justin Wells are brought together through rather dire circumstances. Justin Wells can’t figure out why on earth God wants him to become the pastor in Rocky Creek, Texas, and Sarah Prescott can’t believe she’s a U.S. Marshall’s prisoner headed for certain doom in the very same town!

These two unlikely characters experience every imaginable challenge as they trek across Indian territory. Justin is trying to fulfill a dying man’s wish, and Sarah is going along with him only because the Lord sends a divine interruption named Elizabeth to bind them together. Their relationship is both tumultuous and tender, and with every day that passes and every trial they experience, the reader comes to care for each of them more and more. By the time they finally come together again (and there are many “agains” in this story!) their circumstances are more dire than when they first met, and the reader is placed permanently on the edge of their seat until the very last page!

Folks, A Lady Like Sarah is a whole lot of fun, and it is the first of A Rocky Creek Romance series! This tender story also bears the Women Of Faith Fiction logo, so you know that its message of faith is both real and believably woven into the story!
